Prince Aleksandar Karadjordjevic, by his decision of September 17, 1845, proclaimed the establishment of the Town of Raška and this date is marked as the Day of the Municipality of Raška. Citizen’s associations, cultural and artistic associations by exhibition and by selling on the booth which represent the tradition, customs and culture are represented by the program “Gradu na dar” on the town square.
